In our company we perform galvanizing of galvanic methods, consisting in the electrochemical application of zinc coatings with gloss, in accordance with PN-EN ISO 2081. Zinc coatings are passivated in white (blue). For passivation we use preparations based on trivalent chromium. The thickness of the coatings produced and the type of passivation are made in accordance with the wishes of our customers (from 5 to 20 microns). In order to increase the corrosion resistance, we also use varnishing (sealing). The maximum dimensions of details that we can use in our galvanizing baths: 1900mm x 750mm x 550mm. We have the ability to process so-called general cargo (nuts, screws, blades, rods, etc.) in drums.
